Bill Clinton and his pro-life rant...I mean his record

I love listening to Bill Clinton defend his anti-life policies from a pro-life stance, as he did this past weekend at the Franciscan University of Steubenville.  He argued how his policies and those of Hillary's reduced abortions, statistically, far and above the policies of any other president, before or since.  Really.  He forgot to mention how many times he vetoed the Partial Birth Abortion Ban, a ruthless procedure which pierces and then vacuums out the contents of the skulls of full-term babies as they travel down the birthing canal, fully viable yet defenseless.  He forgot to mention that he had the audacity to veto that Ban while thousands of pro-lifers marched in Washington, on National Right to Life Day.  Perhaps his anger at the pro-life crowd at the Franciscan University was just the rumblings of the conscience in that man who safeguarded the continuation of such grotesque, heartbreaking barbarity.  To hear him defend his policies, and those of Hillary, one might truly believe they want abortion to be "rare", albeit "legal."  Although Hillary's rhetoric now includes the acknowledgment that abortion is a "tragedy", she still defends partial birth abortion, particularly the extermination by that procedure of handicapped or "imperfect" children, as heard in the debate on the Senate floor between herself and then-Senator Rick Santorum (read exchange at pages S3589-90).  Bill can defend their almost-pro-life stance all he wants; I doubt anyone is truly fooled.
